Health is the birth right of human. Health is the cornerstone of a happy life. Health is the cornerstone of human community and nation. He is able to render services to his family, neighboring town, community. With his efficiency, he can boldly face the challenges and difficulties of family livelihood, life. Healthy people are helpful in producing more and raising the economic level. This is the reason that governments and voluntary organizations work from cities to rural areas. In this context, John Locke rightly said that "In a healthy body resides a healthy mind." Therefore, today the government is running many programs of health empowerment at the international and national level in the form of special campaigns. Today, many such diseases have spread in our nation, which remain in the way of our nation. Among these many diseases, malaria has remained as a serious problem for thousands of years. These are the common questions in the whole world. Malaria is one of the most prevalent infectious diseases which is a serious public health problem. The disease is transmitted through protozoan parasites of the genus Plasmodium. This protazoa was named Plasmodium by Italian scientists Ettore Marchiafava and Azello Celli. A year later, Cuban physician Carlos Finlay, while treating yellow fever, proved for the first time that mosquitoes spread the disease from one human to another. Malaria is on. It is caused by a species of parasitic protozoa called Plasmodium. Sir Ronald Ross first discovered in 1898 AD. Sir Ronald Ross was first appointed as the Health Officer in British India. Who first discovered the malaria parasite in Secunderabad (India). Later, after not believing in his research papers, he went back to Britain and worked in the newly established 'Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine'. In Britain in the year 1902, you did research on testing 2000 mosquitoes in the chemistry, in which you found in the research of testing the last three (3) mosquitoes that the parasite of malaria can enter the human blood cells (rbc). But they double. The carrier of the malaria parasite is the female Anopheles mosquito. This mosquito bites man at night. There are three types of malaria germs which are as follows – Malaria tursiana, Quartana and Tropica. In which the most dangerous is Malaria Tropica. There are four species of Plasmodium parasitoid. 1. Plasmodium falciparum (Plasmodium falciparum&p-f) 2. Plasmodium ovale &p-o 3. Plasmodium vivax&p-v 4. Plasmodium malariae&p-m Most dangerous of these four Plasmodium vivax is considered and Plasmodium malariae also affects humans. This whole group is called 'Malaria parasites'. The word malaria was derived from two words of the Italian language 'Mala + Area' in medieval times. Which means mala means 'bad' and ria means 'wind'. In this way it means 'free wind', it is also called Dal Dali fever. Also called "marsh fever" or ague in English because it spreads widely in marshy areas. Plasmodium enters the body in the form of sickle car sporozoites (porozoites) along with the mosquito's saliva when bitten by a mosquito. During blood flow, it reaches the liver. where it doubles. It develops into 5000-10,000 spherical merozoites from sporozoites within seven (7) to fourteen days. Thousands of these merozoites re-enter the liver and now attack the red blood corpuscles (red blood corpusclesr.b.c) where they multiply and multiply. By tearing these cells more number of merozoites are released which then attack (r.b.cs). Fever, shivering and chills occur frequently in a week. Symptoms of breathlessness, dizziness, anemia emerge. This is because the red blood cell bursts repeatedly and the merozoite removes toxins from the blood. Malaria is not caused by mosquito bites, apart from these many diseases are spread by mosquito bites. For example, chikungunya is transmitted to humans through the bite of a CHIKV infected mosquito. Spread by the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which breeds in stored water in homes and bites during the day, is the primary carrier of the virus. The word 'chikungunya' is from the Swahili language of South Africa which means 'to bow down'. There is no proven medicine for Chikungunya. Its cure is prevention. The treatment available is only symptomatic. albopictus (3) is transmitted by a mosquito called Culex futigansus. This disease causes sudden high fever, red hives on the face. There is a lot of pain in the joints and muscles. This disease is also called 'bone fever'. Blood starts flowing from the body of this patient, dengue fever with bleeding blood was first detected in the Philippines in 1958 AD. The first case of dengue fever in India was reported in Kolkata in 1963 AD. At present malaria is spread over a wide area on both sides of the equator. heat in these areas Due to the tropical and sub-tropical climate, the malaria carriers get a favorable environment. Due to which they are able to maintain their survival. Understanding malaria distribution is a bit complicated, malaria-affected areas and malaria-free areas often occur together, with its prevalence in dry areas being related to the amount of rainfall. Recently, Britain's 'Welcome Trust' gave financial assistance to the 'Malaria Atlas Project' for this work. Internationally, 25 April is celebrated as Malaria Day. For the past several years, the World Health Organization used to celebrate this day as 'African Malaria Day'. First started celebrating on 25 April 2008 to attract the attention of the whole world. International level organization World Health Organization (W.H.O.) runs many campaigns, prepares many programs and sends them to every nation and provides financial assistance to that program. The Government of India first formed the 'National Malaria Protection Committee' in 1953. After that, in 1958, the National Malaria Eradication Program was declared. After this, the Ministry of Health ran many programs but the same remained the same as Dhak Ke Three Pata. Rising fever, flowing malaria is dangerous for the country. After the year 1992 ________________________________________ did not run any special awareness program at the national level. Now at present malaria is spreading in our country especially in western Rajasthan swampy area, canal area, deep density area, seaside area, dense forest area etc. There is an outbreak of malaria. Which sometimes a small insect, becomes a challenging question for the central government, state government and common citizen. As long as the common citizen is not aware, his accountability will not be made, till then this insect will continue to run its rule. Along with personal cleanliness, the common citizen will have to work as an accountability in this campaign of the nation as a whole. Only then can the nation get rid of basic diseases. All these diseases spread due to dirty and polluted environment. Due to the changing human lifestyle and not adopting the lifestyle according to the natural environment, the real carrier of this polluted environment, due to the cycle of the natural environment being against the human style, man has been caught with many diseases, because nature is capable of maintaining its environmental component. Due to human luxury and fast paced lifestyle, the nature cycle gets polluted. Due to which many germs, bacteria and viruses make their life easy in the environment, due to which common citizens become victims because any animal wants to maintain its survival. Because of this, they need a favorable environment and they become capable in their work. This becomes a formidable problem for the nation. Along with our personal hygiene, our homes, schools and other public places should be kept clean. The environment is polluted due to the spread of dirty and contaminated water collected around the houses. To avoid malaria, mosquito bites should be avoided. To prevent mosquito ds numbers, water should not collect in the nearby pits and prevent the creation of moist environment. D.D.T. in homes Powder should be sprinkled. On seeing the symptoms of malaria, the patient should get the blood tested and take suitable medicine like quinine, camaquine, chloroquine etc. as per the consultation of the doctor. Water pits, water logging in drains, water taps of houses should not be left open around voluntary organizations in public places for malaria eradication. Using all these properly, one should become 'healthy citizens' of a healthy nation. Malaria eradication awareness program should be run in the entire nation. In which common citizens, communication media, print media, health ministry etc. should become special participants in the awareness program. A 'Malaria Eradication Council' should be formed at the national level, 'State Malaria Eradication Committee' should be formed at the state level and monitoring should be done by the Central Government by forming malaria eradication committees at the district, tehsil and block level. A 'Malaria Eradication Panchayat Committee' should be formed at the town or village level, in which the progress report of this disease should be sent every week at the block level by becoming the Panchayat head president and ward member committee member. This chain program should reach the national level. Due to which the spread of malaria can be reduced. Common citizen should become a healthy citizen of a conscious clean nation by participating in this holy work. Only then the nation will progress on the path of progress because the economic growth rate of the countries which have more malaria is less than the malaria-free countries. This survey report is currently published by W.H.O. issued by Sri Lanka was declared a malaria-free nation by the World Health Organization on 5 April 2016 and Maldives was declared malaria-free in 2015. At present, there are 33 countries in the world, which are known as W.H.O. declared a malaria-free country. W.H.O. India has set a target of making 35 countries malaria free by 2030. In February this year, the Government of India has set a target of becoming malaria-free by 2030. ys[kd- dSyk'kjke lakxok
